Be a member of MCC

We invite Malaysian citizens who have an interest in new music (contemporary classical music), especially in composition, to be a member of MCC.

We also welcome those with an interest in performing, studying or researching the field of new music to join our community, to keep abreast of developments and activities in this field.

Young composers below the age of 30 also have an added advantage of being eligible to be selected by MCC to represent Malaysia at the Asian Composers League's (ACL) regular Young Composers Competition, which are held around the Asia Pacific every 18 months.

Your CV should include your musical education, work history if any, and compositional/musical activities. Work samples in the form of pdf scores and sound files are also welcome and strongly encouraged. Membership is subject to approval.
