Korea Calling: Submissions for the tripartite International Exchange Festival

With the success of Free Hand Festival 2019 last August and the publication of our piano anthology, MCC has been invited to be part of the International Exchange Contemporary Music Festival 2020, a 3-way collaboration between Malaysia (Malaysian Composers Collective), Korea (Contemporary Music Society in Seoul) and Singapore (Composers Society of Singapore).

This festival aims to foster a healthy cultural exchange amongst composers and performers from the three countries and also aims to enhance friendship and understanding between Korean, Malaysian, and Singapore composers, performers and audience.

The festival was intended to kick off in Seoul, Korea in May 2020 at the Seoul Arts Center, but has been rescheduled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
